How to Hide or Unhide Programs From Control Panel

Open Registry Editor (Start menu -> Run -> type ‘regedit‘)

Navigate to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > MICROSOFT > WINDOWS > CURRENTVERSION > UNINSTALL

Choose which software you want to hide from control panel.

In the right pane, right click on “DisplayName” and rename it to “NoDisplayName“.

Now Log off or Restart

Now go to your Control Panel and check that software not show in add remove programs.

To Unhide the Program rename “NoDisplayName” to “DisplayName“
