Skip Network Connection During Windows 11 Setup

Method 1: Standard Bypass

When you reach the "Let's connect you to a network" screen:
  1. Press Shift + F10 to open Command Prompt
  2. Type: OOBE\BYPASSNRO and press Enter
  3. Your PC will restart automatically
  4. Click "I don't have internet"
  5. Select "Continue with limited setup"
  6. Enter User name and password
  7. You can now create a local account instead of Microsoft account

    Method 2: Command Prompt Alternative

    If above doesn't work, at network screen:

    1. Press Shift + F10

    2. Type: start ms-cxh:localonly

    3. Press Enter

    4. a new Windows is opened

    5. then enter user name and password to create local account
